		Almost Home Bed and Breakfast in Ketchikan located in a quiet, wooded setting, you'll have privacy and comfort in your own outfitted apartment. Knudson Cove Marina and Clover Pass Resort are just a few minutes north offering fishing charters, boat rentals, and fine dining.
	*Apartment #1 (Downstairs)* is a three-bedroom apartment with one queen bed, one double bed and four twin beds. Two twin beds can be converted to a king upon request. The main bathroom is a full bathroom with tub/shower combination. The master bedroom has a bathroom with a shower. There is also a queen sofa bed in the living room.
		Apartment #2 (Upstairs) offers a view of Tongass Narrows with cathedral ceilings, two bedrooms with one queen bed, one double bed, one twin bed, and queen sofa bed in the living room with one bathroom with tub/shower combination.
	Apartment #3 (Downstairs) is a small one-bedroom apartment with double bed and double sofa bed, and one full bathroom with tub/shower combination.

	All three apartments have an outfitted kitchen, linens, cable television with five paid movie channels, VCR, private telephone, and shared laundry facilities. Apartments #1 and #2 have a deck with gas BBQ grill. Apartment #3 does not offer a deck or view, but has a gas BBQ grill.

	Summer Rates (May 1 - Sept. 30) • Apartment #1 *- Downstairs* Up to three guests: $150 + 6% tax Each additional guest: $50 + 6% tax • Apartment #2 - Upstairs Up to three guests: $150 + 6% tax Each additional guest: $50 + 6% tax Minimum four-night stay required. Family rates available for families with two or more children! Children under two stay free!	Winter Rates (Oct. 1 - Apr. 30) Apartment #1 - Downstairs Up to two guests, one bed: $95 + 6% tax Each additional guest: $25 + 6% tax • Apartment #2 - Upstairs Up to two guests, one bed: $95 + 6% tax Each additional guest: $25 + 6% tax Minimum two-night stay required. Children under two stay free! Monthly rates available upon request

	Breakfast The kitchen is stocked upon arrival with the staple foods and a variety of breakfast foods for a self-cook breakfast including hot and cold cereal, pancake mix, bread for toast, eggs, juice, milk, coffee and tea.
	Deposit and Confirmations A minimum deposit of the first night plus tax is required or 50% of the total amount if reserving more than two nights. Personal checks and major credit cards are accepted. Upon receipt of your deposit, a confirmation will be sent by mail or fax with your B&B information, map and directions. The balance due, if any, is payable to your host upon arrival.
	Cancellations and Refunds We appreciate notification as early as possible if you need to cancel or shorten your reservation. The deposit will be refunded less $15 fee plus tax if notified at least two weeks prior to the scheduled arrival. The two-week advance notice will be waived if cancellation is due to a medical emergency in the immediate family, however, the cancellation fee still applies. Proof may be required. If the room can be filled, the balance of the deposit will gladly be refunded.
