	Our Room rates vary, in some ways like those of hotels. Rates are higher during peak tourist seasons, special holidays, and special events. Please call us for a complete description of our rates for the time you wish to travel. Hint: rates are significantly lower at the last minute, during the off season, mid-week; rates are at their highest during BIG holidays in the middle of Summer, for example: the fourth of July! *South Suite:* A spacious bedroom with adjoining sitting room at the front of the house. 	*East Suite:* A two room suite with grand mahogany Victorian queen size bed, private sitting/dressing room with armoire. This ensuite bathroom features an old fashioned claw foot bathtub with shower... Rates from $135 to $265Cdn
