Foothill House is nestled among the western foothills just north of Calistoga, California. The country setting is naturally distinguished by the wide variety of lovely old trees that surround it, keeping it comfortably shaded and cool. The inn offers beautiful views across the valley of wooded hills and Mount St. Helena. Being in the foothills, nature abounds with such wildlife as quail, hummingbirds and hawks. The innkeepers act as a personal concierge to help plan their guests' stay in the Napa Valley. |

The bedrooms are done in Laura Ashley prints. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, a cozy sitting area, a fireplace, TV. with VCR. The second bedroom has a queenside bed. The bathroom contains a 2 person Jacuzzi tub with shower and is shared by both bedrooms. There is a private patio and garden area behind the cottage. The cottage is particularly suited for one or two couples. | |
| The Evergreen Suite is one of our most spacious suites. The suite features a bay window that looks out onto its own redwood deck. The deck contains patio furniture and a tiled water fall. Views of Mt. St. Helena can be seen from the deck. The suite has a Jacuzzi whirlpool bathtub with shower. The tub is extra deep so it makes a nice soaking tub. For summer use, there is air conditioning and ceiling fan. The suite contains a small refrigerator, AM - FM Radio with CD Player and TV with VCR. $225.00 plus tax |

| The Foothill Lupine Suite is the size of a two room suite. The private entrance is located at the front of the inn. It is decorated in blues and green with accents of cream. The suite has a king size bed at one end of the room. At the other end of the room there is a cozy sitting area with a fireplace, wing back chair, and a couch that turns into a single size bed. The suite contains a private bath with a tub shower. A private deck facing our gardens. For summer use, there is air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The suite contains a small refrigerator, AM-FM Radio with CD player and TV with VCR. $175.00 plus tax |

The Quails Roost is a luxurious and elegant cottage located just up the hill behind the Inn. The setting makes the Quails Roost very private. There are views of the woods, Mt. St. Helena and the hills across the valley. The cottage encompasses 1000 square feet. The color scheme is in different shades of soft grays, blue and creams. The 14 foot ceilings are open beamed and white-washed giving the cottage a light and airy feeling. | |
| The Quails Roost is further enhanced by many skylights and windows. The cottage has a king size four poster bed; an armoire entertainment center complete with a color TV, VCR, cassette tape player; CD Player and AM-FM stereo receiver. The large gas fireplace is double walled and may be viewed from the bed, the comfortable sitting area as well as the bathroom. The bathroom has a large two person Jacuzzi Whirlpool tub and a separate glass shower. Both the tub and the shower look out a glass wall to a waterfall coming down the hillside. There is a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven and microwave. In addition, there is a wet bar with a small refrigerator with an ice maker. Included is a generous sized closet with washer and dryer. To the back of the cottage there is a private patio area complete with outdoor furniture. | The Redwood Room is our coziest room. Its private entrance is located at the back of the inn making it very quiet and private. It has a private patio, a redwood tree and a rock garden. It is decorated in rusts with accents of gold and green. This room contains a queen size four poster bed and a private bath with a stall shower and a large two person Jacuzzi Whirlpool tub. There is a comfortable sitting area with a love seat. The room offers a romantic view of the fireplace from the love seat. For summer use, there is air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The room has a small refrigerator, AM - FM Radio with CD Player and TV. $195.00 plus tax |
