Spinach
1 1/2 - 2 pints of strawberries

Dressing:
3/4 CUP saffron oil
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup sugar
1 onion chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried mustard
1/2 teaspoon lemon peel
1 Tablespoon poppy seeds
1/4 cup sunflower seeds

Clean fresh spinach and break into smaller pieces
Slice Strawberries in half

Mix the dressing ingredients together and set aside in refrigerator until ready to serve.

Pour over spinach and strawberries and toss.

This is a great summer salad.
