Salmon steaks, any size
mayonnaise
Johnny's Seasoning Salt

Place salmon in casserole dish.  If the skin is still on one side, place the skin side down. Cover with seasoning salt.

Smooth a generous layer of mayonnaise completely over the top side of the salmon. Cover with seasoning salt again.

Bake on 350 for 30 minutes. The skin will stay with the serving dish and the meat will lift out with ease. It doesn't taste like mayonnaise ... and it will melt in your mouth. This is good for breakfast, lunch or dinner!
