Stuffed Maple French Toast

Pancakes, Waffles, French Toast
Ingredients:
3 slices of bread per person
8-oz tub of honey walnut cream cheese
2 eggs per person
Milk
1 tablespoon of Maple flavoring (or
vanilla)
Cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease or spray liquid oil a two-quart casserole
dish.
Spread cream cheese between two slices of bread. Cut into ¼ sections and
cover bottom of casserole dish.
In bowl, combine eggs, milk and maple flavor (or vanilla). Sprinkle
mixture with cinnamon.
Pour egg mixture over bread and soak OVERNIGHT.
Bake at 350° for approximately 45 minutes.
Serve in squares with or without maple syrup.
