Baked Limas with Sour Cream

1 lb Dried baby lima beans
3 tsp. salt
3/4 Cup butter or margarine
3/4 Cup brown sugar
1 Tblsp dry mustard
1 Tblsp molasses
1 Cup sour cream
Soak lima beans overnight. Next day, drain and cover with fresh water and 1 tsp.
salt. Cook until tender, about 30-40 min. Drain and rinse under hot water. Put
beans in medium size casserole. Dab butter over hot beans. Mix brown sugar, dry
mustard and remaining salt; sprinkle over beans. Stir in molasses and sour
cream; mix gently. Bake at 350 for 1 hr.
