Healthy Muffin

Breads, Muffins, Biscuits
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 tsp salt (as desired)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Mix and add
1/3 cup water
1 beaten egg
1/2 cup vegetable (or canola) oil
1/2 maple syrup
Mix and stir in
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup raisins
Spoon into greased muffin pan
Bake 350 for 20 minutes
Let cool remove and serve
