Egg Dishes & Quiches
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbl flour
4 beaten eggs
1/2 cup milk
Combine and stir in
12/3 cup (71/2 ounces) crab meat*
8 ounces Swiss cheese
1/3 cup chopped green onion
Place in pie crust and bake at 350 for 45 minutes
* Substitute any ingredient to taste: tomato, ham, asparagus, etc.
