Egg Dishes & Quiches
1 Dozen Eggs
2 cups Cottage Cheese
1 tsp. of Baking Powder
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp. of ground mustard
1 tsp of fresh Tarragon
1 stick of butter (not margarine)
1 lb Monterey Jack Cheese
Bake in Ramekins at 350 for approx. 15 mins or until set and golden brown on
top.
