Blueberry muffin mix
Pineapple
Vegetable oil
egg
orange juice
sour cream
coconut
Tropical Breeze Cake
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Drain ½ of a 16oz. can of crushed pineapple in a strainer.
Open can of blueberries and rinse until most of the blue is gone.
Pour mix into bowl.
Add 1 egg.
Add ½ cup of orange juice.
Add large scoop of sour cream.
Add two tablespoons oil.
Mix.
Add large handful of coconut.
Add handful of pineapple.
Stir to blend.
Fold in blueberries.
Spray oil into pan.
Bake for 45 minutes or until done.
