2 Cups Butter
2 Cups brown sugar
2 Cups white sugar
Blend the above until creamy and add...
4 eggs
2 Tsp. vanilla
Grated ring and juice of one orange
Beat until well mixed
Sift together
4 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 Tsp. salt
2 Tsp. baking soda
Stir into egg and butter mixture and mix until just blended then add
2 cups white chocolate chips
2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
3 cups raisons
3 cups chopped nuts
2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
3 cups orange almond granola, or any good granola.
When well mixed, shape into ping pong or golf size and bake on an ungreased
cookie sheet 350 for 8-10 minutes or until just turning brown around the edges.
Best when warm from the oven. Dough keeps refrigerated or frozen. Bake them
fresh as needed.
