6 Kiwi's- peeled and diced small
1 small red onion- finely chopped
1 small bunch of cilantro- finely chopped
5 limes- squeezed
1/2 tomato- finely chopped
2 oz. Tequila
Combine all ingredients together in a bowl. Cover and store in the refrigerator
until ready to serve.
