1 box of corn bread mix
1can each creamed style corn & whole kernel corn
1/2 to 1 c.sour cream
1-4T. butter (melted)
1 small can diced green chili
1/3 -1/2 c. salsa
1 egg
3/4 c. shredded cheese
Mix in a large bowl with a large spoon. It is so easy it's a sin!
Pour into 1 or 2 casserole dishes; it depends how many folks you are planning to
serve at once.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
It can be served at any temperature you choose and for any meal.
