Fruit Dishes
one cup(8 oz.) fresh strawberries...slice and add a touch of sugar to make the
juices "run"
one cup of orange juice
one cup of strawberry yogurt (reg. or low fat)
one cup of half & half
Put all ingredients into a blender and mix well. Serve immediately--or
refrigerate...re-whirl a moment before serving.
Serves: 4
Frozen berries can be used if necessary.
