Blueberry Streusel Coffee Cake

Cake:
2 cups All Purpose Flour
3/4 cup Sugar
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1 Large Egg
1/2 cup Non-Fat Milk
1/4 cup Non-Fat Sour Cream
1/4 cup Softened Margarine
1 cup Fresh Blueberries
Streusel Topping:
1/2 cup Sugar
1/3 cup Flour
2 tbsp Cold Margarine
2 tbsp Crushed Granola
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 9" square baking dish with
cooking oil.
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add
egg, milk, sour cream, and margarine. Beat well. Fold in
blueberries. Spread batter into prepared pan.
In a small bowl, combine sugar and flour; cut in margarine until crumbly.
Stir in crushed granola. Sprinkle over batter.
Bake for 35 - 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
