Pineapple Au Gratin

1 large can pineapple chunks, drained
1/2 scant cup sugar
3 T. all purpose flour
1 cup Ritz Cracker Crumbs
1/2 stick melted butter
1 cup sharp cheese, grated
Preheat oven 350 degrees
Combine pineapple chunks and cheese. Mix flour and sugar and stir into 7
1/4 x 7 1/4 Pyrex casserole dish. Cover with Ritz cracker crumbs.
Drizzle melted butter over crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or
until bubbly. Do Not Over Bake. |
