Honey Baked French Toast

Pancakes, Waffles, French Toast
12 slices French Bread, diagonally cut 1 inch thick
1 1/4 cup milk
1 tsp. cinnamon
4Tbsp. honey, divided
4 eggs
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
Grease a 9x13 pan. In medium mixing bowl, beat eggs, cinnamon, 2 Tbsp. honey,
and milk. Dip bread slices into mixture and arrange in 3 rows in pan,
overlapping slightly. Pour any remaining egg mixture over the top. Cover and
place in refrigerator overnight. In the morning, remove from refrigerator.
Preheat oven to 350. Sprinkle with brown sugar, drizzle with remaining 2 Tbsp.
honey and melted butter. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve with your favorite syrup.
