Pancakes, Waffles, French Toast
English Muffin Bread
4 eggs
3/4 cup skim milk
1/2 t. vanilla
cinnamon
2 cups lightly crushed rice krispies
beat eggs, milk, and vanilla, dip each slice of bread in liquid mixture then
roll in rice krispies and place each slice on sprayed cookie sheet and sprinkle
with cinnamon. Place in 400 oven for 10 min. turn over and bake for 10
min. more This should serve 3 0r 4 people. It makes 8 slices of
toast.
