Egg Dishes & Quiches
1/2 Bag of frozen hash brown potatoes (Cubed)
Minced Onion
2 Cups Diced ham, bacon or sausage
10 Eggs
1/2 Cup Bisquick
2 tsp. Salt
pepper
4 Cup Milk
1 Cup grated Cheddar Cheese
parsley
Spray 9 x 13 pan with Pam, spread potatoes on bottom, Sprinkle with onion flakes
and than spread meat over potatoes. In mixing bowl, beat eggs, bisquick,
salt add pepper than add mild, mix again. Pour slowly over potato mixture,
sprinkle with cheese and parsley. Bake at 325 about 45-50 minutes until
firm. Cut into square to serve. Serves 16-18 people.
