Egg Dishes & Quiches
16 slices bread,crusts cut off (Pepperidge Farm),16 slices ham,16 slices
American cheese, 6 eggs 3cups milk, 1/2 tsp onion salt,1/4 tsp dried mustard,1/2
cup butter, 3 cups crushed corn flakes
Grease a 9 by 13 baking dish. Layer in following order: bread, ham, cheese,
repeat. Beat together eggs, milk and seasonings. Pour mixture over layers.
Melt butter in large skillet, add cornflakes and toss to coat. Sprinkle over
the ham and cheese layers and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 400 degrees for 40
minutes and cut into squares.
